Chromoly steel or 6061 aluminium, 14-inch to 20-inch, 8.5 kg to 13 kg — every bike we make folds, and nothing else.

The Frame

We build in two materials and choose by purpose. 4130 chromium-molybdenum steel for the models that ride long and rough, where the tubing damps road buzz and stays stiff under load. Fish-scale welded 6061 aluminium for the ones that have to stay light — the S9 comes in at 8.5 kg complete.

The Hinge

A tri-fold lives or dies by its hinge. We design and machine our own clamp plates in 7075 aluminium — force-saving, self-limiting, and shaped to lock the frame with one hand. No borrowed hardware, and no rattle after a year of folding.

The Geometry

A tri-fold frame lets a 20-inch wheel sit under a rider who would normally be on a full-size bike. We tune wheelbase, head-tube height and crank length on every model, so a folded bike still rides like a bike — not like a compromise.

The Brakes

Caliper C-brakes where simplicity wins, aluminium V-brakes where weight matters, and ZOOM hydraulic discs with 160 mm stainless steel rotors where stopping power comes first. Matched to the model, and tested in the wet — not just in the showroom.

The Drivetrain

Shimano 9-speed groupsets, LTWOO wireless electronic shifting on our 11-speed models, CNC-machined chainrings from 45T to 53T. Every drivetrain we fit is built from standard parts that any bike shop can service — no proprietary tools, no waiting on a single supplier.

The Details

Bearing easy wheels with extenders, so a folded bike rolls instead of being carried. Aluminium fenders shaped for each frame rather than a generic mould. Internal cable routing that survives the fold. On our flagship models, a 3D-printed carbon saddle and a carbon fibre seatpost.

The Line-Up

Fourteen models across 14, 16 and 20-inch wheels — from the 8.5 kg S9 to the 20-inch R20 Max. Steel or aluminium, caliper or hydraulic, 5-speed or wireless 11-speed. Whichever you pick, every frame is tested before it ships, and every one of them folds small enough to come with you.
