About these terms

What they cover These terms cover everything sold through cranstonbicycle.com — CRANSTON and MINT folding bikes and the accessories listed with them — whether you are buying one bike or ordering a container.

02

Quotes and orders

Quote first Nothing is binding until you have a written quote. A quote states the models, quantities, unit price, shipping terms and lead time, and is valid for the period stated on it.

Deposit starts production We begin production once the deposit is received, and the balance is settled before shipment.

Cancellation Before production starts, an order can be cancelled or changed — tell us as early as you can and we will work through it with you. Once frames are painted to your spec, that is a different conversation, and we will always be straight with you about where you stand.

03

Pricing

Factory-direct, tiered by volume Retail prices are shown in USD on this site. Wholesale pricing is tiered by quantity and quoted per order. Import duties and taxes are set by your own customs authority, not by us.

04

Inspection on arrival

Check it when it lands Every bike is inspected before it is packed, but please check yours when it arrives — especially after a long sea crossing. If anything is damaged or missing, message us on WhatsApp with photos as soon as you can and we will sort it.

05

Warranty

5 years on the frame Our MINT frames carry a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Wear parts — tyres, brake pads, chains, cables and grips — are consumables and are not covered. Claims start with a photo and a message on WhatsApp.

06

Use, safety and maintenance

Set it up properly Have the bike assembled and the brakes adjusted by someone competent before the first ride. Check the folding clamps are locked every time you unfold.

Ride within the ratings Every model lists a maximum load and a recommended rider height range. Stay inside them.

Our bikes are pedal-powered Nothing in this range is designed for a motor, a throttle or stunt riding, and fitting one will affect the warranty and your safety. Wear a helmet, and follow the law where you ride.

07

Intellectual property

CRANSTON and MINT The CRANSTON and MINT names and marks belong to their respective owners. Nothing on this site transfers any right to use them commercially.

08

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

09

Governing law

And disputes These terms are governed by the law of the place where we are established. Disputes are handled by discussion first — message us and we will find a way to resolve it.

Changes to these terms
