Shipping & Delivery
How a CRANSTON or MINT folding bike gets from our factory floor to your door — and what you can expect at each step.
How an order moves
Browse and quote Tell us the models and quantities you want. You get pricing, shipping terms and lead time back in one message — usually within a working day.
Confirm with a deposit We start production once the deposit is in. Everything — price, terms, lead time — is written into the quote first.
Production and inspection Frames are built, assembled and checked before they are packed. Nothing leaves the warehouse without an inspection.
Shipment and tracking We handle the logistics and send you tracking, so you can follow the shipment to your designated address.
Where we ship
Worldwide Our bikes are already riding in the United States, Canada, the UK, across the EU, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong. We can quote to your port or to your door — tell us which you prefer.
How shipping is quoted
Quoted per order Shipping is quoted per order, because a container to Rotterdam and a single bike air-freighted to Singapore are not the same job. Send us your destination and order size and we will come back with a landed cost.
Wholesale orders Volume orders are quoted with the shipping terms written in — we will spell out exactly which terms we are using, so there is nothing to argue about at the port.
Lead time
Confirmed before you pay Lead time depends on the model and the quantity, and we confirm it in writing with your quote. Stock models leave in weeks rather than months; custom colours and OEM builds take longer, because the frames go through a separate paint run.
Packaging and assembly
Boxed to the model Every bike ships in a carton sized to its wheel size — a 14-inch bike in a box around 630 x 320 x 610 mm, a 20-inch in one closer to 700 x 350 x 730 mm.
Assembly on arrival Most bikes arrive almost ready: fit the pedals, straighten the handlebar, check the tyre pressures. The MINT Discover ships fully assembled. Distributors can request flat-packed cartons for their own workshop.
Duties, taxes and customs
Set by your customs authority Import duties and taxes are charged by your own country, not by us. Tell us your market when you ask for a quote and we will spell out which terms we are quoting on, so there are no surprises at the border.
Tracking
Yes, on every shipment We send tracking as soon as the goods are on the move, so you can see where the shipment is and when it is due.
Still have a question?
Send it over with the model you are looking at. We reply on WhatsApp — usually within a day.
